About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Lockbox Processor. As a key member of our Receivable Operations division, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and digitizing sensitive documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and validate data into our system while following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing.
  • Operate high-volume document scanning machines while validating the quality of scanned images.
  • Validate and reconcile electronic records to paper documentation.
  • Contribute to meeting team accuracy and production goals, in addition to individual targets.
  • Lift and move mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary - training will be provided.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • You must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
  • You must be willing to work in a high-security production environment.
  • Familiarity with the use of a PC is required for some functions.
  • Proficiency with typing and alpha-numeric data entry, with excellent accuracy, is essential.
