Position Overview:
The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing nursing services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, manage, and implement nursing services for residents while adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines.
2. Supervise daily nursing operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
3. Collaborate with the Nursing Director to optimize nursing service delivery and emergency protocols.
4. Coordinate nursing activities in accordance with medical directives and care plans.
5. Direct charge nurses to guarantee proper resident care.

7. Assume full responsibility for operational decisions in the absence of higher management.
8. Ensure adequate staffing levels and communicate significant changes in residents' conditions to their physicians.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a valid state RN license and have a strong background in nursing supervision. Key attributes include:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to assist team members.
- Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, as well as relevant regulations.

Additional Requirements:
All RN Supervisor roles necessitate availability for weekend on-call rotations to support staff and residents. Compensation details can be discussed upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill a minimum of two weekend shifts monthly.
