About the Job

MVP Sports Clubs is seeking a skilled Pickleball Pro to join our team. As a member of our Tennis Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and group/private pickleball instruction.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (estimated based on location and experience)

Job Responsibilities
  • Teach group and private lessons to players of all ages
  • Maintain accurate records and attendance books
  • Utilize scheduling and commission systems
  • Promote pickleball in the local community
  • Assist with social and competitive events
Requirements
  • USAPA membership
  • Pickleball certification (PPR or IFP Academy)
  • Minimum 3 years of college education
  • First Aid/CPR training
  • Teaching experience and excellent customer service skills
