Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gourmet Coffee Attendant to join our team at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized coffee cart and work area
  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
  • Take orders and operate a cash register system
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but a passion for coffee and customer service is a must
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
