Benefits- Employed position with above-market compensation that includes a base salary of $120,000 per year and bonus potential
- Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
- Full malpractice coverage with tail
- Generous benefits, including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME
- State-of-the-art centers that are newly built and located within the community
- Cloud-based electronic health record and technology
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
- Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
