Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pharmacy Technician II to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in filling prescriptions, assisting customers, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and colleagues
• Assist pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience
• Perform clerical functions such as filling, organizing, and maintaining accurate records
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt to changing situations

Requirements

• Current national certification with up to date CE requirements
• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must meet minimum age and educational requirements
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
