Compensation

Full-Time Mining Technician Pay Scale: $30.56-$49.51 per hour*

*Potential for an additional $2.00 Field Differential

Key Responsibilities

The position encompasses, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on cutting-edge mining equipment and systems, including 450-ton shovels, 100-ton and 250-ton mechanical drive haul trucks, drills, dozers, and motor graders.
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities across all machine technology systems and components, such as hydraulics, electrical systems, and power trains.
  • Opportunity for overtime as workload necessitates (anything over 8 hours a day is compensated at 1.5x your hourly rate).
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and training to stay current with industry standards and product updates.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Travel to various locations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
