Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer at Saxon Global, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customizable solutions within Salesforce based on CRM needs for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that technical requirements tie back to established customer requirements and performance goals, and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and any future enhancements.
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
  • Ensure that the technical requirements tie back to the established customer requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.
  • Ensure the proposed solutions adhere to SOM security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
  • Devise a training plan for the development team for a smooth and successful transition to Maintenance & Operations.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of strong developing experience in salesforce.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce platform.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Service Cloud.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce development.
  • At least 2 years of API Integration experience and Single Sign-on.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other requirement tracking Tools.
  • Exposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nice to have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
  • Experience with governmental processes and procedures relating to compliance and prior work with FEDRAMP-compliant tools.

Additional Skills: Salesforce experience, Experience with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle, At least 6 years of strong developing experience in salesforce, At least 4 years of experience with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce platform, At least 5 years of experience with Service Cloud, At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC, At least 5 years of Salesforce development, At least 2 years of API Integration experience and Single Sign-on, Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other requirement tracking Tools, Exposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
