Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled contract nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position. As a contract RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
  • Support facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year current experience in PCU in an Acute Care hospital setting.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association certification.
