Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various material handling and torque machinery.
- Execute routine preventative maintenance on material handling and torque machinery.
- Diagnose and repair systems including, but not limited to: Diesel engines, Transmissions, Hydraulic Systems, Steering Mechanisms, Electrical Systems, and Brake Systems.
- Interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the Sales team by providing information and recommending services.
- Manage work orders efficiently, both in paper and digital formats.
- Perform hazard assessments and uphold high standards of safety and quality control.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Minimize injuries, property damage, and ensure proper cleanup of work areas.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical repair work.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in environments without air conditioning.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management skills to organize and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move tools and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
