Bell Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Bell Attendant at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. This role involves greeting guests, escorting them to their rooms, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a related field is not required but would be an asset.
