We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team at Creston Dental & Braces, a Benevis company.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to children and young adults in our community. Your primary goal will be to create happy, healthy smiles through exceptional patient care and education.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of your dedicated team.
  • Holding staff to the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take part in activities promoting a positive company image and teamwork.
  • Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and recognize great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.

You will also have access to advanced dental technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and partnership with Dental Anesthesiologists on sedation cases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Completed a Pediatric Residency accredited by the CDA.
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and young adults.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
