Position Summary:

The Senior Medical Coordination Specialist will deliver essential support services to individuals in need by organizing and scheduling emergency medical evacuations.


Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Medical Coordination Specialist will liaise with insurance providers or TRANSCOM to arrange Air Ambulance services for the transportation of contractor personnel, U.S. civilians, their dependents, and all active-duty personnel along with their families.

Facilitate Casualty Evacuations using non-medical air transport for intra-atoll patient movements, including U.S., RMI, and third-country personnel from islands with rotary or fixed-wing landing capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical care coordination is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least 12 months of clinical experience within the last 2 years is necessary.
  • Familiarity with TRICARE benefits, quality control, risk management, medical terminology, and records management is required.
  • An active BLS certification is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:

All healthcare providers and medical support personnel must have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months within the past year.

A current U.S. passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining before expiration is required.

Must sign an International Assignment Agreement (IAA) and adhere to its terms and conditions.
