Redline Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Manager to lead our Prince George, VA dealership's service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement processes to improve technician efficiency and productivity
- Conduct ongoing training for service advisors to drive profitability
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' management experience in a similar role
