Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within budget, adhering to all safety protocols and meeting quality standards.
  • Manage expectations and processes for stakeholders, such as BGE and Comcast, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement recovery schedules, work collaboratively with Project Managers to drive project progress.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
  • Above-average competencies of a Level 1 Superintendent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects (>$15M) with technical competency in various types of construction.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
