Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Geisinger Health System. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient exams and imaging results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Graduate from a specialty training program in radiologic technology
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
