Location: This position is entirely on-site, primarily at a government facility.

Global Engineering and Technology (GET) is in search of a Junior Engineer or Physical Scientist (such as those with degrees in physics, chemistry, or related fields) to take on the role of Technical Guidance Analyst (TGA). Join our team in delivering high-standard national defense support to the United States Government. Engage in some of the most critical and fulfilling work in our nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working under the guidance of a Senior Technical Guidance Analyst (STGA) and in collaboration with national laboratories, the TGA will assist in the development of classification guidance and policy documents in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $135,000 annually, based on qualifications.

Qualifications:

Security Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret or DOE Q security clearance is required, along with the ability to qualify for and maintain an SCI clearance.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in support of a national security facility is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DOE Derivative Classification is advantageous.
  • Strong writing skills for technical guidance documentation are essential.
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehending complex written material is required.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with team members and clients is crucial for success in this role.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in nuclear engineering, a physical science, or a related engineering field is mandatory.
