Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students in the Bakersfield area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services for students ranging from grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve students' communication skills.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure effective collaboration and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.
  • Active or pending state SLP license.
  • ASHA certification is a plus.
  • Previous school experience is preferred but not required.
