InsideHigherEd is seeking a highly skilled Academic Advisor to join our team at the Richmond Campus. As an Academic Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting students in achieving their academic goals.

The Academic Advisor will be responsible for recommending appropriate course selections based on student educational goals, identifying programs at the College that meet students goals, building short and long term academic plans for students, and developing, assisting and facilitating student success programs at the College.

This position requires a minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. The ideal candidate will have skills in interviewing and advising students, superior organizational, oral, and written communication skills, computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with database information.
