About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Lift Electrical Technician to join our Wilmot Lift Maintenance team at Vail Resorts. As an Elevated Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on electrical, electro-mechanical, industrial control systems, and commercial equipment. This includes troubleshooting, installing, and calibrating various sensors and instrumentation, as well as maintaining the SCADA system and its network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair lift-related Industrial Controls, including PLCs and Drives.
  • Install and calibrate various sensors and instrumentation.
  • Maintain the SCADA system and its network.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by practicing established protocols.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of general electrical experience.
  • Previous experience with electrical installations.
  • Comfortable working efficiently at heights.
  • Previous experience with PLC programming (Preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work outside in all high alpine weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
