About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records, ordering medical supplies, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and industry standards to provide the best possible care for patients.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies or physician assistant studies and licensed through the State of Colorado.
  • Certification: Board Certification for specialty.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in primary care practice required.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills required. Athena EMR experience preferred.
