Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting sales-related programs, and maintaining guest records.
  • Audit the previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries, and run reports to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Assist with the setup of breakfast, including food preparation, setup, service, and cleaning.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by being a team player and providing a hospitable environment for our diverse team and guests.

Requirements:

  • Ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly and read English.
  • Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner and provide a hospitable environment.
  • Ability to give attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures for guest services.
  • Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in the normal day-to-day activities.
  • Ability to work alone as scheduled and maintain the front desk lobby area in a clean and organized manner.
