Master Fitter Welder

Copeland - Industrial is seeking a skilled Master Fitter Welder to join our team. As a Master Fitter Welder, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, welding, and testing complete assemblies to comply with ASME code requirements for gas and refrigerant process piping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit pipe assemblies to meet customer specifications and production quality standards
• Weld and test assemblies to ensure compliance with ASME code requirements
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform tasks
• Work from complete assembly drawings and blueprints
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in pipe fitting and welding
• Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding processes
• Knowledge of ASME code requirements for gas and refrigerant process piping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
