Role Summary:

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the healthcare team.

This role requires effective communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.

Patient Care Focus:
Delivering exceptional care to diverse patient groups, including:
- Geriatric
- Medical/Surgical

- Telemetry

Qualifications:

Essential:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or currently enrolled in the final semester of a nursing program. - Must possess a valid nursing license/certification/registration. - Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Iowa or currently completing the final semester of nursing education.
