This position is responsible for delivering high-quality medical services to patients with complex adult congenital conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including managing patient histories, performing physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient care for the HHT Center of Excellence, including complex adult congenital patients
- Take detailed medical histories and perform physical examinations
- Order laboratory tests, x-rays, and other diagnostic procedures as needed
- Develop treatment plans in conjunction with attending physicians
- Participate in continuing medical education to stay current with the latest developments in the field
- Current licensure to practice as a Physician's Assistant from the State of Utah
- Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system
- Preferred: Certification in ACLS / BLS / NRP / ATLS
This position is based at the University of Utah Health, working in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. The successful candidate will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence in patient care.
