As a Software Engineer III, you will provide product teams with software development, solutions, designs, and product delivery support for the full product stack, focusing on new and innovative features to enhance our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive software development by providing engineering solutions to deliver the optimal product, mentoring other engineers, and providing overall technical leadership to smaller working teams as needed.
  2. Collaborate with product owners and business SMEs to analyze business needs and provide a supportable and sustainable engineered solution, ensuring the overall technical solution is aligned with the business needs.
  3. Develop applications using industry best practices, adjusting and adopting new methodologies that provide the business with increased flexibility and agility.
  4. Stay current with the latest development tools, technology ideas, patterns, and methodologies, sharing knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of application programming in both front-end User Interfaces, server-side application, and database queries.
  • 5+ years of experience with full-cycle application development (Full SDLC experience: design, development, delivery, etc.).
  • 3+ years with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CA7 scheduler, JCL Plus, Natural, REXX, Oracle, Teradata, Adabas, SFT, File master, and $AVRS.
  • Good to have Cloud-Based Solutions/Technologies (AWS or other).
