Job Overview

KE Camps, a leading operator of day camps at country clubs nationwide, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join our full-time team. Based at our main office in Princeton, NJ, this role will play a critical part in the behind-the-scenes aspects of camp operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling high recruitment and interview volumes, as KE Camps onboards and employs over 1000 seasonal team members for our camp programs. This is an office-based role, with no direct interaction with campers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ad placement to attract staff
  • Develop and lead initiatives to identify new ad placement opportunities
  • Recruit candidates from across the US using innovative strategies
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and high schools
  • Conduct phone and video interviews with potential staff members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff members
  • Virtually supervise and support camp operations during the summer season
  • Assist with various staffing-related projects and administrative tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable individual with a calm demeanor
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High-volume recruitment and interviewing experience preferred
Work Environment

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week job with frequent night and weekend hours required during the late spring and summer months. The office environment is calm and less intense during the fall and winter months, with a steady workflow. Candidates will receive the month of September off.

KE Camps is a seasonal business, and this role will begin on or around October 15, 2024. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to a cyclical workload throughout the year.
