This is a contract position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose the hours that best fit your schedule. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously and utilize your expertise to help others regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client-centered.
  • Handle case assignments, draft service plans, and review case progress.
  • Act as a patient advocate, helping clients make informed decisions about their clinical status and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with therapists, clients, and client family members to ensure client needs are met.
  • Facilitate personal independence and assist with daily living skills development.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1 year of experience in mental and behavioral health occupations (preferred)
  • Background check required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • NPI number/Ohio Medicaid ID preferred but will be required to start (instructions provided)
