**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced MIG welder to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a MIG Welder - Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for welding metal components to high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform MIG welding operations to manufacture metal components
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand production requirements
  • Operate basic hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve manufacturing goals

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 12 months of relevant MIG welding experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
