Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the inpatient pharmacy
  • Verify orders and distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
  • Provide consultations with patients, nurses, and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and patients
Requirements:
  • PharmD or a bachelor's degree in pharmacy
  • Current Wisconsin pharmacist license
  • At least 1 year of current inpatient experience
  • Knowledge and training in nutritional support, IV therapy, and pharmacokinetics is a plus
