Sweet Treat Artisan

As a Confectionary Baker at Great Wolf Lodge, you will be responsible for creating fresh and delicious baked goods for our guests. This role requires a creative and skilled individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake based on production schedules.
• Prepare dough by measuring and mixing ingredients, forming, cutting, and molding dough.
• Place shaped dough in greased or floured pans, spread toppings, and insert pans into the oven to bake.
• Bake dough by adjusting drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature.
• Cool baked goods by removing them from the oven, cooling, and removing them from pans.

• Flexibility with scheduling based on business demands.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

• Previous baking training and/or experience.
• Awareness of necessary preventative measures required to ensure a clean food preparation area.
