Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of industrial mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage industrial mechanical crews on various projects
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor and control project costs and resources
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman
- Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems and processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
