Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough cosmetic inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition
- Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to achieve showroom-quality results
- Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Experience in vehicle detailing, painting, or a related field
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
