With a robust network of over 140 locations, we provide an extensive array of premium tile products, exclusive designs, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Build enduring customer relationships through courteous interactions

• Engage in follow-up communications with customers

• Promote and sell tile and related merchandise to surpass customer expectations

• Acquire knowledge of product installation and usage to effectively educate customers

• Monitor and achieve personal sales targets

• Manage store orders and keep customers informed about product status

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Perform additional tasks as required

**Expected first-year earnings range from 45K to 75K, structured as a draw plus commission.
