Program Manager for Community Development

We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team at Sevita. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a key role in expanding access to services and developing new ways of delivering supports and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participating in various administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program, providing support in daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
- Participate in a range of administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
- Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year related work experience.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
As a full-time employee, you will enjoy a full compensation/benefits package, including:
- Full salary: $60,000 per year.
