Job Summary

ATC Largo seeks a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to provide technical healthcare support in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
  • Assist in teaching exercise programs to patients and families.
  • Document services provided accurately and completely.
  • Comply with ATC policies and procedures, as well as client facility policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Licensure or registration, if applicable in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of PTA experience in the clinical setting.
  • Current CPR certification and other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
