The role involves overseeing various trade disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finishing subcontractors engaged in on-site construction tasks. The supervisor will provide insights on constructability and ensure that all work aligns with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities encompass managing all construction-related operations in the field, ensuring adherence to the company's work standards and execution protocols. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

Qualifications and Skills


A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. OSHA 10 certification is mandatory, while OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Experience working with municipalities and counties is a plus. A strong understanding of construction, engineering, and architectural plans and specifications is required.

Proficiency in QA/QC methods, inspection, and enforcement is crucial. Candidates must be capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision and be flexible with working hours, including weekends. Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) is beneficial.
