Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Hospice program, your primary responsibility will be to provide skilled nursing services under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This may involve administering medications, assisting with daily living tasks, and performing wound care. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients and families will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring seamless transitions in care.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent certification, along with active licensure in the state of Ohio. A current CPR certification and valid driver's license are also mandatory. In addition, you should have prior experience in home health or hospice care, although this is not always necessary. An interest in developing skills in wound care would be beneficial, but can be acquired through training provided by the organization.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may be offered based on individual circumstances.
