Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Technician to join our team at Resolutions Recovery Center LLC. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of scheduled programming and activities, maintaining a proactive awareness of all activities, groups, mealtimes, scheduled appointments, and breaks.
  • Lead psychoeducational groups on topics aligned with assigned treatment plans, promoting client engagement and progress.
  • Accurately complete all assigned paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to agency standards.
  • Prepare and serve meals in a safe and timely manner, monitoring temperature logs and documenting results.
  • Provide transportation for clients to assigned activities, appointments, court hearings, discharges, and admits.
  • Maintain accurate records of personal belongings, adhering to Resolutions Recovery Center's admission process.
  • Ensure confidentiality standards are upheld regarding client service records and identifying information, adhering to state, federal, and agency guidelines.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, collaborating with professional staff and agency personnel.
  • Participate in supervision as needed, receiving guidance from the Program Technician Supervisor or Clinical Director.
  • Accurately document services, including review of client records, completion of psychoeducational notes, and filing of group sign-in sheets and clinical activity logs.
  • Report unusual incidents and accidents according to agency procedures.
  • Participate in agency health and safety practices and drills.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision meetings, and committee meetings as designated.
  • Uphold agency policies, procedures, and regulations, supporting the overall mission and philosophy of Resolutions Recovery Center LLC.
  • Maintain harmonious relations within and outside the agency, conducting business in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to professional appearance standards, with prior approval required for exceptions or special circumstances.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to supporting the recovery journey of our clients.
