About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Polaris Inc. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of our high-quality vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Quality: Safely use and operate various tools and equipment, including limited low-power tools and production machinery, to ensure high-quality products.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete paperwork required for production records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Process Adherence: Read, understand, and follow established processes and instructions, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Perform duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Group Leader, working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Attendance and Flexibility: Maintain regular, reliable attendance and be willing to work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs, with frequent bending, twisting, turning, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Standing and Walking: Stand and walk for the duration of assigned shifts, with frequent reaching overhead and repetitive use of upper extremities.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: 17 years of age or older, with a basic knowledge of computers.
