Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boom Crane CDL Driver to join our team at Lyman Lumber. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely delivering materials to job sites, handling oversized loads, and operating various types of cranes or booms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe operation at all times, adhering to Department of Transportation guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and supervise the work of associates involved in operations.
  • Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including DOT logs and returned merchandise for credit.
  • Inspect and maintain the truck, assist with loading and storing materials, and deliver materials to customers' satisfaction.
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Less than 1 year CDL experience preferred, with 1-3 years CDL experience required for interstate commerce.
  • Basic math and communication skills, with a current Class A or B CDL License.
  • Certified Drill Rig Operator preferred.
