  • Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) solutions for automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance and highly available Azure Cloud platform, promoting modern and mature practices.
  • Prepare and review technical designs and delivery of high-quality architecture.
  • Configure and document IaaC, hardware, and service solutions.
  • Share knowledge of cloud trends in software cloud automation, techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Assess risks based on product complexity, resource, and/or timeline constraints.
  • Mentor technical staff during projects to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide inspiration and guidance to the growing team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Establish department standards and procedures, recommending efficient ways to ensure the best implementation practices of new or upgraded products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of software development experience.
  • 10 years of hands-on experience in Cloud environments.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Azure Cloud IaaC.
  • Strong experience in platform automation using Azure DevOps, Github Actions, Terraform, and Helm charts.
  • Strong experience in Azure AKS, Kubernetes, Istio, Docker.
  • Strong experience in high security relevant environments.
  • Experience in supporting high-performance applications using multi-threading and pooling.
  • Experience in setting up application monitoring infrastructure like Prometheus, Kiali, Kayenta, Open Telemetry, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supporting DevOps for distributed, service-oriented, microservices-style, and cloud-based application architectures.
  • Related banking industry experience in platforms, banking applications, or online financial solutions.
