Accounts Payable Specialist

St. John's Jesuit High School and Academy, a prestigious all-boys Jesuit Catholic school in Northwest, Ohio, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our business office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week.
