Akerman LLP seeks a highly skilled Corporate Associate with 4 to 6 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm. This role is based in one of our various US office locations, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of your office location.
