Outlet Director

The Outlet Director is responsible for building a strong team of hospitality professionals who share our vision of delivering world-class service. Your mission will be to create an ambiance where locals and visitors feel at home and leave with memories they'll cherish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop a team of talented individuals to provide excellent service
• Communicate effectively with senior management, hotel staff, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor guest interactions and resolve issues directly or empower your team to do so
• Lead by example, demonstrating a consistent attitude towards standards and service
• Balance the needs of your team, guests, and business while adapting to changing circumstances

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 years' experience in full-service restaurant or lounge management
• Current Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative approach with all departments, particularly food & beverage and sales & marketing

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
