Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Onboarding Manager to join our team at Pilgrim's. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, from day one to sixty days or qualification, whichever comes first. This includes administering, tracking, and evaluating new hire floor training, as well as supervising and demonstrating hands-on training for new hires during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all safety policies and expectations are met by new hires
* Manage the overall experience of new hires, including hours of training per week, qualification status, attendance, and turnover
* Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients
* Meet with supervisors, Human Resources, and coordinators to review production processes and product specifications
* Participate on HR and company committees

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or similar field preferred
* Bilingual required
* Previous training experience preferred
* Knowledgeable in all duties of the specific department
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Professional communication and demeanor
* Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well-thought-out, positive, and professional manner to employees
