Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of asepsis and patient safety.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgical team, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • BLS Certification required.
