Job Summary:

SCA is seeking a reliable and organized Day Porter to perform day-to-day commercial property services at various locations in and around the greater Charlotte region. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.
  • Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
  • Perform labor duties as required by team lead, including litter pick-up, cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties, and using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record for past 3 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
  • Experience working outdoors
  • Ability to follow directions and read maps
  • Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
  • Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
  • Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
