Key Responsibilities:
- Establish verification standards for feature, function, and field assessments
- Conduct both physical and virtual evaluations, including performance metrics, fuel efficiency analysis, aerodynamic testing, climate assessments, durability checks, and noise evaluations
- Comprehend functionalities and verification prerequisites to set testing objectives
- Oversee comprehensive client interactions during field evaluations
- Formulate strategies for assessing new technologies in field environments
- Identify verification necessities and articulate testing specifications
- Develop, manage, and implement testing plans
- Interpret results and offer insights
- Compile and manage fault documentation from evaluations
- Record findings and prepare engineering reports
- Continuously refine testing methodologies and suggest updates to technical specifications
- Devise strategies and create testing methodologies for emerging technologies and transport solutions
- Facilitate and support feature, function evaluations, or field assessments in new markets and locations
- Accountable for testing codes and methodologies, ensuring precision and reliability
- Act as a technical authority within a specific domain or across multiple domains
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
- Foster a network across the organization
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role
- Practical knowledge acquired through education and professional experience
- Strong grasp of testing methodologies and practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
