Position Summary:

This role demands a proactive and energetic approach to work, both in the field and at our operational sites. We offer training and development opportunities that equip the AFS Operator with essential skills for oilfield tasks, including equipment fueling and minor repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems; experience in replacing small components is a plus
  • Familiarity with frac sites and prior fueling experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in unsupervised settings
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving
  • Willingness to work outdoors in challenging weather conditions and remote locations
  • Capability to identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Safety training is preferred; however, training will be provided if necessary, including Safeland's PEC/OSHA 10 hour and H2S certifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the work site
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
  • Minimum age requirement of 24 years
  • Successful completion of a drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the BAT fuel box in accordance with company protocols
  • Ensure continuous fueling of all equipment; prevent any equipment from running low or out of fuel
  • Conduct basic maintenance and operational inspections on equipment and hoses
  • Assist with rig-up and rig-down processes for AFS
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs as needed
  • Engage in maintenance tasks and projects at frac sites and the yard
  • Monitor fuel levels and maintain open communication with Dispatch
  • Willingness to work both on-site and in the yard
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
